Lately - and way too often - I find myself in a conversation and the person I'm speaking with will refer to the "new normal". For the record - I AM NOT fan of this saying.

I get a kick out of the Farmer's Insurance commercials. Their signature catch phrase we've seen it all always makes me smile.

I can't say I've seen it all - but I've seen a LOT. I've seen an almost un-countble number of fads come and go. I've seen claims ranging from get rich quick real estate schemes that tell you - you can earn more in your FIRST MONTH than you've made in your lifetime to Amazon store hucksters promising riches. I can't remember all the crazy crappy marketing pitches I've listened to over 30 years...
